Pilates | Integrated Movement
Why Integrated Movement? It is the integration of all the disciplines I have learnt into each class.
The fundamentals of posture and core stability from Pilates combined with self-massage techniques, myofascial movement practice as well as rehab exercises in order to restore health.
Self-massage can help release areas of tension, improve hydration and tissue glide thereby faciliating better movement.
With Myofascial movement we focus on the connective tissue / fascial tissue and it’s many characteristics.

Classes Offered
Private Classes
This is a personal session tailored to the individual’s needs. Offered in-studio and online.
Semi-Private Class
This class is for two people and the program is designed around their needs. Offered in-studio and online.
Group Class
These classes (in-studio and online) are focused on a more general full body workout with a max of 8 people in-studio.
Pre & Post Natal
These classes are available as private, semi-private or in a group setting with an emphasis on strengthening, breathing, stretching and relaxation.
